چکیده

Nanocomposite inks composed of nickel–silver core–shell and silver nanoparticles (NPs) can combine the advantages lower cost, high conductivity, low-temperature sintering processes, which have attracted much attention in development materials for printed flexible electronics. In this context, present paper, we report process preparation nanocomposite ink containing nanoparticles, as main filler, doping material, their application fabrication conductive coatings. It was found that addition a low concentration Ag NPs to formulation based mainly on low-cost Ni-Ag improves properties coatings fabricated by deposition glass substrate. Two types prepared showed promising future application: (1) doped with 0.5% sintered at 200 °C cost larger industrial and, (2) 1% 150 patterns substrates. The conductivity such films similar, about 6 × 106 S/m, corresponds 35% bulk nickel.

Amphiphilic silver particles for conductive inks with controlled wetting behavior

Silver inks find applications in printed electronics as conductive electrodes. Amphiphilic silver microparticles are prepared by modifying PAA-capped particles with functional amines via an amidation reaction. These modified silver particles can be dispersed in a wide variety of solvents ranging from water (ε 1⁄4 80.4) to lipophilic alcohols (ε 1⁄4 3e17) to yield conductive inks with tunable we...

Hydrothermal Fabrication of Silver Nanowires-Silver Nanoparticles-Graphene Nanosheets Composites in Enhancing Electrical Conductive Performance of Electrically Conductive Adhesives

Silver nanowires-silver nanoparticles-graphene nanosheets (AgNWs-AgNPs-GN) hybrid nanomaterials were fabricated through a hydrothermal method by using glucose as a green reducing agent. The charge carriers of AgNWs-AgNPs-GN passed through defect regions in the GNs rapidly with the aid of the AgNW and AgNP building blocks, leading to high electrical conductivity of electrically conductive adhesi...
